FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. My pricing system requires a 50% non refundable deposit upon the day of booking along with the signing of a contract. This is beneficial for you so instead of paying a chunk of money up front, you put half down up front, and in the contract we can either have the remaining half paid one month prior to your wedding, or we can do 25% two months out, and the remaining 25% one month out. The non refundable deposit locks in your date, and total wedding cost. I offer online proofing and a gallery at no additional cost. Prints are available on my website for additional costs per print.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to reach out and get to know my clients as soon as they are interested in me. Building a relationship is a very important part of doing wedding photography. You don't want someone who you aren't comfortable with to be shadowing you at your wedding and capturing your special day on camera.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any formal education or training in photography. I have been seriously doing photography for over six years now. (Mostly in a hobby setting.) Nature and landscape photography is one of my favorite subjects. My experience behind the camera in that time far exceeds anything a classroom can teach you.
