What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For window cleaning- $6 in/out single pane $8 in/out double hungs Half price for out only. For power washing- $0.16 - $0.23 per square foot Gutter cleaning $1 - $1.50 per foot
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know what there needs are in what they want. Then making sure they know what the job will cost first before starting. If I run into any problems letting the customer know right away. When I'm finished with the job I make sure that they are 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started when I was 17 and have been doing windows and power washing for 16 years. From small jobs to large corporate jobs.
