- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50/hr, with a 6 hour minimum. The cost of food is additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first do a phone interview to determine if my service are an appropriate fit for your personal needs. Next we will schedule a home visit to meet face to face, discuss your needs in more detail and create a more detailed quote. We can schedule your start day from here!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago/Culinary Degree. Institute for Integrative Nutrition/Health and Wellness Coaching Certification. Precision Nutrition/Essentials of Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Currently working on a BA in Psychology.
