I’m fortunate to have the education and training that I have. I’ve been in the US Army for 16 years, with one deployment to Iraq and over 13 years as a non-commissioned officer (NCO). Currently, I am working towards my Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My current coaching education consists of: - George Mason University Organizational Leadership Coaching for Well-Being - Penn State Master Resilience Coaching - Coach Training EDU Wellness Life Coaching - Spencer Institute Wellness Coaching - Spencer Institute Organizational Coaching - International Sports Sciences Association Masters Fitness Trainer - AFPA Certified Weight Management Consultant - AFPA Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant As a Master Resilience and Wellness Coach, it is essential that I stay current with the latest coaching methodology.
