My husband started building a basement bar and we had no idea what to do for the top of it. We called a few contractors, but after we met Mike and heard his clever and creative ideas, we knew we'd found our guy!!!! Our bar is AWESOME and we loved working with Mike!!! I know you will too!!!

Enlisted Mike and 3 sixteen to provide 100' of rail based on archetectural plans and an example pic from HOUZZ. He required 50% down, which I'm generally pretty reluctant to provide, but I check references he provided, and plus he seemed like an honest type guy. He had plenty of time to fab the rails (1.5 months in fact), but decided to go on vacation a week before I needed them. When arrived back in town, I agreed to be on location with rails the following day. Following day came and went, no rails, just a sad story about the powder coater not doing a great job, and how he needed to find a new powder coater and employees, buy promised everything would be done and installed by Weds, last week 6/23/16. It's now 6/30/16, I still do not have my rails, and now cannot pass CO, or any other final inspections. I'm so pissed I do not know what to do. Whats worse, is keeps stringing me along. I'm not quite sure what to make of his dishonesty and poor planning, i hope i can chauk it up as that, and still look forward to getting my rails, and not have find out, the hard way, that he is a crook that I will have to sue. If you decide to use this guy, references are not enough, ask for supplier info and credit accounts, I would also insist on a much lower down requirement. And if schedule is important to, you might want choose someone all together different, or at least have a backup.

Railing for dining area in an open, loft-style home. Mike did an awesome job. Excellent craftsmanship and beautiful design. He paid attention to all of my detail, which was quite a lot, since I am an artist and very particular. I wanted a minimal look and he delivered. He is reliable, honest, and aims to please. His communication was impeccable...never did he disappoint with regard to appointments, always responding to texts or calls. And such a nice person to deal with! I highly recommend 3Sixteen Fabrication. They are very reasonably priced for such custom work.
