- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most big companies charge over 120$ for a single treatment every 3 months. With Joe Shmoe Pest Control you will get a full exterior treatment every month for only 30$. I also treat the interior as needed for insects and mice. I use top of the line products with long lasting effects to help keep a pests out of your home. I am always willing to work with every customer on a price they can afford. If I fail to solve the problem, I'll come out for another treatment free of charge. In home inspections are always free just give me a call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every house has different needs. After having a thorough inspection for our target pest I will give you a step by step guide to solving the problem. Sometimes there might be structural issues that must be addressed to fully solve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 6 years of hands on pest control experience. I am fully licensed with Maryland Department of Agriculture and insured.
