- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an hourly rate and will work with customers who rent the facility for reoccuring events, non-profit organizations, and muti-space rentals. Clarification on above: Business hours shown are for tours and calls. Event space availability is 5am-Midnight, 7 days a week!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial visit and contract, renter is set up in our system and everything is set up online. Building access is done through smartphone app. Owner will work with renter on special needs, room arrangement, vendor suggestions, etc. Also, as a service to our customers, we assist with social media marketing for public and professional events!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner has 24 years of design and space planning experience and 18 years of organization event management.
