Where do I begin? I'll start by saying John is a very family oriented guy with an incredible business mind, which is rare in our days. Most get consumed with one or the other but John pulls both off flawlessly. His knowledge of web design is wide open as far as the eye can see. My comprehension of computers doesn't reach past my finger tips. I'm a landscaper and we prefer to play in the dirt, not on a computer. I hired John a few years ago when I realized social media was a gateway to an enormous market of customers. My profits have soared since that single decision to contact him. I quickly noticed his ambition when I saw his work. It's not just a job to him, it's a hobby and I needed someone who was that passionate about their obligations. He seems to be available at any given time. All I have to do is call, text, or email any add-ons or changes to my website and it's a done deal. I think it may be extremely difficult to find someone more satisfying but he's given no reason for me to try. I like that. I recommend him to everyone I meet. From local businesses to massive corporations, John can build to suit. He has been one of the best decisions I've made.

It's very simple. John Rouda is our IT guy. When disaster strikes, he's the first call I make. His response is immediate and as a result of his expertise, our down time is minimal. In the broadcasting business so down time translates into off the air. Because of John's attention to detail and IT needs, this doesn't happen. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a call or face to face meeting to discuss what the needs are for the customer and how I can be of service. I then come up with a plan and proposal, which I present to the customer with some options and a detailed quote. Then we get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got an MBA and a MS in Software Development. I've been building websites for 17 years and mobile apps for 6.
