- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically offer options of 4, 6, 8 packages. However because this is a customized service, I am flexible. Most clients start off at 4 - one hour individual sessions and my normal price is $100/hr. However, pricing varies upon client needs and can and will be adjusted accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to offer each potential client a free consultation. This allows them to learn a little about me as I will be working with them on some personal hurdles. During our complimentary session I would take the time to learn more about their challenges and strategize and put to action a "game plan" for breaking down each obstacle. Once we agree to work together, I would send the new client a career assessment to be done prior to our first session. Finally, during our sessions I would focus on the tactical “how to” so when I phase out my client has the tools to be successful.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a very wide variety of clients. However, to sum it up I have worked with the following industries: IT, Financial Services, Healthcare, Education, Non-Profit, Professional Services, Logistics, Manufacturing, Distribution, Life Science, Automotive, Telecommunications and Entertainment.
