I have never enjoyed exercising. I'm at an age where I needed to do something, meeting John was the best thing that has ever happened to me. He worked with a program that was good for me. John was my trainer for over four years. I have had several different trainers and overall John is the best. He is professional and attentive. I have neck and back problems but John made sure I always had a good workout without aggravating my problem. John took a course to train golfers and incorporated some of those movements into my usual training and it really did improve my golf. As far as I am concerned, John is a wonderful trainer.Jun 6, 2018

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I do an initial workout with them to see where they stand and then customize a plan from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am NASM certified. I also have my CPR/AED certification. I also have certifications in group fitness, golf fitness specialist, youth exercise specialist, TRX Specialist and MMA conditioning specialist.
