- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, my prices aren't standard. My prices depend on what the client wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initially getting hired, I would normally talk with the customer via email or over the phone. However, I typically like to meet with the customer face to face if possible so that I can put a face to the client. This is more of a personal meeting because I get the feel of the client and a better understanding of what they expect from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with a company as an intern to do event planning services. During my training, I got to do lots of events and got the feel of what the clients wants and work hand in hand with the client.
