- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult in our line of work to give estimates and quotes over the phone. We prefer to give quotes after seeing the job in person to ensure an accurate quote for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the quote has been emailed to the customer and the rate has been agreed upon we will schedule a start date. We like to work with the customer to ensure a date that works for both our company and the customer, we know that deadlines for certain jobs are crucial.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Sometimes, as a customer it is tempting to go with the provider who is the cheapest. But as a customer it is best to do some research on each company you intend on hiring, insuring they have the experience and are licensed and insured.
