FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have "starting prices" for each package that I offer. It is however, just a guideline and not an absolute. I prefer doing a walk through on the job desired in order to give a better quote. All quoted prices are based on the size and condition of the home and what exactly is wanted by the client. I try my best to build a package and give a fair price. I am not out to gouge anyone for any cleaning that I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time I meet with a new client I like to do a walk through of the property and speak about what they are looking for and what areas of the home are in need of the most attention. The walk through is our opportunity to get acquainted with each other and talk about what needs to be done, what can be done, what I see that may need attention and customize a package designed specifically for their home. I know it is a big step letting a stranger into your home and life, whether a one time cleaning or a recurring cleaning. I strive to prove not only my abilities as a cleaner, but for the development of a trustful relationship between my clients and myself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have an educational back ground in cleaning, but I do come for a medical back ground and a very large family. I am very familiar with sterilization and proper cleaning methods and chemicals.
