Great customer service they were very polite and did the job fast I had three desk to be install and it looks very good will call again if I need something assembly again

According to one article from the Thumbtack Journal, “The good thing about hiring a pro is that he’ll get it right the first time”, well, that’s not necessarily true with this guy (or his company, Wright’s Furniture Installment). I hired him to assemble a sewing table. He missed checking that all parts were included in the box. He was halfway through when he then realized that one part was missing. Not having all the parts of the desk is not his fault at all, however, he said that he will come back to finish the job. My fault is that I trusted him. I called and texted him several times once the missing part arrived, and he never responded. I gave him a few days before attempting to contact him again. I called and texted several times. Finally, he responds (via text). He agreed to come the next day, but, he did not show up. I called and texted and, again, he did not answer. A man with no word… I do not recommend this gentleman. I hope he does better next time in similar situations.
