- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is set including tip and travel costs. There is no need to tip, we want you to save that money for the next time you need us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send few documents and forms to fill out regarding some information about you and your medical history. Next, During your first session the Neuromuscular Massage Therapist will go over your history and get into finding your issue, the initial consultation will typically be longer than the following sessions. During the first session the NMT will evaluate how your body is taking to the work and build you a Individual Treatment Plan letting you know how many sessions it will take to resolve the issue and what you should do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Therapists are CMTs (Certified Massage Therapist) meaning they have completed at least 500 hrs of schooling and have passed the MBLEX examination along with background checks. Our NMTs (Neuromuscular Massage Therapists) have taken additional education in a 1350 hr program dealing with Pathology, Anatomy, Kinesiology, Pharmacology, Corrective Actions, Trigger Point Therapy, HOPRS testing and much more! and are highly qualified to deal with preventative care, recovery, performance and chronic pain!
