- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have spend countless hours keeping up to date with material pricing and curating our subcontractors. We provide some of the most accurate pricing in the area. We also provide an industry standard warranty, over 30 years of experience, and we are licensed, insured with workers compensation so you can rest easy. We always try to keep our pricing up to date and at market rate or a little below. If for any reason you feel our pricing is not accurate please let us know and we will do our best to improve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have designed and implemented a four phase process to make remodeling your home as simple as possible. When we come to your home for an initial consultation we implement technologies such as lidar scanning so we can get the most accurate representation of your home - we don't just guesstimate. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to our 30+ years of experience in the construction and real estate fields we are fully licensed by both the California Board of Real Estate and The California State License Board; B - General Contractor. We also carry the necessary general liability insurance, bonding as well as workers compensation.
