After a brief phone chat, I like meeting with a new client over coffee. That's when I do a discovery process about the project needs such as tone, audience, style, time frame etc.

I have a degree in Theater which really helps me harness the power of the spoken word. I also have 17+ years as a B2B and B2C corporate writer for large organizations, non-profits, agencies, production companies and individuals.
