Ben and John are highly personable young men who are not adverse to physical labor. I have found them to be trustworthy and eager to meet job expectations. That being said, power washing and sealing our concrete driveway and patio presented new challenges for them. Having limited experience with concrete driveways, I believe they may have underestimated demands of the job. Completion of job requirements was further delayed by complications beyond anyone's control (frequent and heavy rain caused numerous delays). As a result, a joy that was expected to be completed in a couple of days stretched out over a period of a few weeks. While the appearance for the "final product" may not be much above average, I give Ben and John high marks for their tenacity and commitment to job completion.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do some prices change very little throughout the quotes using this app versus being there in person I have to raise my cost a little due to not being able to see what it is that I could be working with
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I really enjoy working with my hands and being outside
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The lowest quote may not always be worth the job I strive to do the best to my ability every time if I wouldn't do it to my yard I promise I won't do it to yours
