- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tele Coaching: $100/hr with a series minimum of 6hrs over 3 months = $600 Coaching in Person: $700 minimum for a series of 6 -90 min sessions. Speaking engagement: $150-200 for 1 hour of speaking and 1 hour of connecting. Business Consulting: $50/hour for project plan set up and $100/hour for in house consulting
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a coaching client I usually offer a free 30 min consultation and then will talk to them about the 3 month series. If interested I will send them a beginning email with documents to get us started. For speaking engagements I will find out more about the audience and will talk with the client to find out how I can best bring my skills and talents to serve their needs! For consulting, I will work with the client to identify the needs and make a project proposal to help us agree on a plan and then move forward on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my BS in Biology and my MBA with an emphasis in International Human Resources. I have professional coach training through Creative Results Management and am 1 month from certification with the International Coaching Federation. I also have had 30 jobs and three careers in my life and bring a wealth of experience in many inner cultural settings.
