Right off I was impressed with Mr. Larsen. He took the time to find out who I was, what I did for a living, my relationships with the person that brought the charges against me, and provided me the law on the charge against. Mr. Larsen cares about his client and how he is going to represent me. It was refreshing to meet such a caring, intelligent, and hard working man. He even called me after the court case to make sure I was okay. Mr. Larsen is a "standup guy", he is honest and ethical. This was the first time I had been charged with any court case and I absolutely devastated. I knew without a doubt Mr. Larsen was going to put the hours in to research the charges and develop a course of action to defend me to the best of his ability. I cannot tell you what this meant to me. Just knowing the person I hired was going to put a great deal of effort and tiime to represent me. I hope I never need an attorney again in my life, but if I do I will call Mr. Larsen.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really. A lot of lawyers do this and I totally disagree with it. But that is because I treat each case differently. Each client comes to me with a different background, different goals, and different facts related to their case. It's important to analyze each element to determine a fee that is both affordable to the client but also valuing my time spent on the case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A meeting where I get to know my client starts the process.
