FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically try to keep my workouts around 30-45 minutes, I feel that if you maximize your time and work hard for that duration, that's really all you need to reach your fitness goals. My client assessments are free, and usually last an hour. I offer private, couples or group training, as well as High Intensity Interval Classes. My classes are small, so you get a lot of one on one training if you like a class setting better than a private setting. (4 people per class). Please call or text to schedule your assessment or to get more information on my classes located in Haymarket, VA.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I run all my new clients through an hour assessment first, which is free. I use this time to get to know my clients, talk about goals, discuss any injuries or medical conditions, and then we run through some exercises. I like to start with some basic exercises to see what fitness level my clients are at, as well as Posture and Movement assessments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through NASM as a Personal Trainer. I trained at LA Fitness in Mckinney, TX, and also ran outside bootcamp classes. I trained and ran HIIT classes for 2 years in Franklin, TN. I now reside in Haymarket, VA where I do private training sessions in my home gym as well as couples training and small HIIT classes.
