- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
l first like to have an open and thorough discussion about the overall vision of each project. Infinite possibilities exist, so its important to explore potential options while being careful of not becoming overwhelmed. By confirming a general range of budget prior, certain details ween themselves out. l believe any task can be executed w care and quality. It is in the best interest of the customer/craftsman relationship to maintain clear and honest communication. It is my intention to exemplify this through my actions. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on education is my greatest training. As l stated before, lve worked w many masters for many years. Everyday brings new lessons. Every job is huge opportunity for growth
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Became a roofer full-time in 2000 at the age of 16. l have been fully employed as a craftsman of one trade or another since. I've been quite fortunate enough to have worked beside many masters over the years. Everyday we are constantly learning.
