Having an antiquated phone system, we weren't hopeful to find anyone to service it when it failed. Zaitek showed up the next morning, admitted that it wasn't a system that they normally service, but they managed to get it working long enough for us to seek a replacement. They gave us a quote for a new system that afternoon, and after review, we went with them. They had the new system installed by the end of the week. Amazing.
