Hired on Thumbtack

Hilary did a good job with the finished product, but it required too many back and forths. The first attempt looked substandard, however she seemed happy with the result, even though the edges of the logo were fuzzy. We pointed out the problems and had to ask if she needed another file to make it right. I think, as a professional, she should have taken the initiative in that regard. In the end it looked great, but it took a lot of prodding.

Hi Toni, Thanks for the review. I appreciate your candor and agree that the initial result was not optimum due to the designer provided logo, which I did mention to your associate. Once a new logo was provided by your designer the results were much more satisfactory. I'm glad you were pleased with the end result and would be happy to work with your firm in the future.
