- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices at Storm Master Exteriors is standardized based on the successes that we have had in the past. When Storm Master Exteriors quotes a project, we measure for all aspects of the job. This ensures that the correct amount of product is on site- the correct sized dumpster, planning for personal is appropriate and most of all- that no one is being over charged!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Storm Master Exteriors typically has a 2 step process in estimating projects. The first step is a initial consultation where we will come to the location and meet with the customer to measure the project and determine the scope of work. A small session of Q&A usually gets us to a solid basis of what the long term plans are for the project and also allows us the chance to meet who we are working with. Storm Master Exteriors refers to this as the 'interview stage' - since like any other job interview- we both have to be certain that we will work well together. The second step is to present the proposal. This is when we ask for the customers attention and appreciate questions as we educate about current industry situations- familiarize the customer with products and explain what warranties truly are and what they are worth. We establish the recommendations and expectations that are inside of the quoted prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Storm Master Exteriors has Certifications with all major manufacturers with all of the products that we offer. I, personally, have a degree from Central Michigan University in the areas of Entrepreneurship and Construction Managment
