Came once. Did not provide estimate as they were waiting for insurance claim. Insurance will not cover job and NTW has not responded in a month to several messages and telephone call. Too bad as they seemed very knowledgeable and personable.

I paid “Jimmy” $35k to fix a metal roof. They went out time and time again and now there are 6 leaks and no reputable company will touch it. I gave Jimmy numerous opportunities to make things right. Now he won’t answer the phone or respond to any communication. What a sorry company and sorry owners. Left us hanging and now we have to get another roof. Scammer. Just take a look at some of his quality work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk through each step of the process with you. It could be an insurance claim or a private pay situation and we will be with you every step of the way. This includes walking the property with the insurance field adjuster all the way to the end when you are looking to replace items lost during the damage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience along and have licensed adjusters that understand what needs to be completed to get home home better then it was before the damage
