Hal is an excellent driven manager with great EE knowledge. He is a hard working and intelligent person with the ability to learn about new domains, adapt, and excel in them. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system will be developed on an individual bases and it will be based on the needs of the client. I am not trying to make a living doing this as I retired early, but rather to get a little spending money and share my knowledge to help others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to discuss what particular subject you are trying to understand, review with you what difficulties you are having with the concepts and then devise a teaching and study plan to overcome the learning barrier.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an engineering degree and have worked in the field of electronic engineering for over 30 years. As an engineering manager I had to know and understand all aspects of mechanical, electrical and software engineering so as to "see the big picture" to solve issues related to development. I have been mentoring in the workplace for many years along with my engineering and management duties. I also know what employees are looking for and can coach individuals on their career.
