What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, we interview our new or existing client to find out what challenges they are facing when marketing their business on the Internet. We understand their needs, recommend and customize web based products and services to help them succeed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 21 years of Internet Marketing Experience and have a vast array of resources to help a client excel on the Internet.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in 1995, the founder of RyePoint Internet Marketing (Evan Caulfield) was working as a sales manager for a Medical Equipment (DME) Company. He soon realized that, somehow, the Internet was going to "take his job". It certainly did, Evan is now a full -time Internet Marketing Consultant.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of service businesses, ranging from Attorneys, Florists and Home Improvement companies to name a few.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are particularly proud to have worked with Phishme.com, a well respected Internet Security company. Phishme asked us to help them redesign their site and make several critical adjustments to the sites functionality.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would advise out potential clients to make sure they are dealing with a company that has been in the business for a while, have good references and have the technical ability to handle services they are seeking.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Questions customers should consider before talking with professionals to take on their project would be: 1) What functions they want their website to perform 2) What keywords are their own clients using to find their site and 3) Are there any Website designs they prefer and provide links to the sites they like.
