Overall pleased with their work and follow-up on issues I had after delivery i.e. minor bents & scratches. Would recommend hiring stronger men, not teenagers and better supporting strap packing (not nylon string), wrapping of furniture with Quilted Furniture Pads & dollies. After the move, I discovered that a hand gun was missing. I called Craig and he lied to me several times saying I gave the gun to his worker. That never happened. Then he lied to the police. I am still working with police on this. I was also missing some bottles of wine. It is unfortunate that this happened, but this move was done by independent contractors at the beginning of January 2018. All services were rendered as per request between storage unit and a residence. When contacted by you at the end of January, I started my personal investigation. A couple days later when speaking to you, I advised you to take police action. On my end, these contractors are no longer associated with my business. I take pride in my moving jobs. I interview and now perform background checks on all contractors. I will not allow the actions of someone else to hurt my business. As of April 2018 about 25 moves have been performed with complete satisfaction. All my contractors are now closely monitored while working for the protection of everyone involved. Craig.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is some of the lowest in the market. For long distance simply renting a truck in your name can save hundreds or thousands of dollars. When we travel long distance we don't travel with a team saving you money.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are a U-haul equipment dealer, Licensed realtor, and know the ins and outs of moving. Weather it be local in town or long distance. We have a unique system that lets us get the job done in a professional timely manner. (Just to give you an idea of our dedication the owner has had 15 days off in 5 years. )
