I have worked with some of the most experienced professionals in the Raleigh area and have an extensive list of venues that we have catered events for very satisfied customers.
We have a passion for a well executed function where the food, ambience, and service combine to a client satisfaction. While I have a passion for the traditional elements, we really enjoy giving a contemporary flair to your event.

Joe catered my husband's 50th birthday party. The food was amazing, and my friends are still talking about the beef tenderloin and duck wontons. From set up to clean up, the service was unbelievable.

Joe and his cohort Leo catered my wife's birthday for 60 guests. The menu was appropriately extravagant and well executed. Couldn't have asked for better.

Chef Joe listened to what I wanted to do for my wife's 50th birthday party. He gave suggestions and helped to keep the event within budget. His food, presentation, and service were outstanding! We would definitely use him again. Highly recommend him and his team.
