I hired Bruce's Property Services to fix the erosion problem and place grass in our back yard. We had very little grass left due to overly shaded areas. This, in addition to a slope, caused our soil to erode leaving us with mostly mud when it rained. BPS installed French drains with attachments for downspouts, as we will be getting gutters installed next. They then brought in 15 yards of soil, and sodded the entire back yard. The job only took four days from start to finish. It would have been done one day sooner if the sod supplier had arrived when they promised. (That issue has been addressed.) I found Kevin Bruce knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He gave me options, and offered suggestions during the process to help me achieve my desired results. The staff members with whom he worked were also very friendly, and considerate. That's pretty important to me. Kevin was also easily reached, considering he works alongside the people he employs, which keeps him pretty busy. If I had questions or concerns, he contacted me and addressed them. We are so pleased to have our yard back, and I would definitely hire them again.
