- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe each client deserves the benefit of individual consideration, and that includes pricing, which is tailored to meet each clients needs and expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting is a chance for both parties to meet and determine if there is good synergy. The client will be meant to feel at ease and be encouraged to help set expectations. If both parties are comfortable proceeding, recommendations can be discussed for managing future sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the founder, I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the Florida State University, an MBA From Troy State university, and a second Masters Degree from the USAF Air War College. However, more important then academic degrees, I believe, is my life degree, with over 35 years of professional Military, Government, and Business experience. I am a motivated professional who offers impeccable integrity, relationship building acumen, and polished communications and social skills to advance business and personal interests in today’s complex global environments. Other teammates have numerous similar credentials, all of which are presented to clients upon determination of best fit.
