- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are cheaper than your regular dog boarding hotel and we think our price is very reasonable for the kind of treatment and accommodations your dog will have. We are a cage free environment place with a double fenced yard with many options for your dog, very different than the "dog hotel"you may be used too. We never get more than 2 dogs at the same time and the most important thing is that your dog will be treated like our own. WE LOVE ANIMALS!!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Why choose us ? Smiling Tails dog daycare and boarding - Gardner, MA· We offer a different approach when coming to dog sitting. We try to offer what you cannot get at a conventional “dog hotel” such as: 1 - family place; 2 - usually not more than two dogs at a time; 3 - personalized attention; 4 - lots of space to play and exercise; 5 - cage/crate free environment; 6 - double fenced back yard; 7 - constant access to clean fresh water; 8 - we will provide photos and videos daily during the stay; 9 - we take the well being of your pet seriously; 10 - and the most important: we provide love.

I personally have been taking care of dogs for more than 30 years.
