FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a "one size fits all pricing" and that's not to maximize my income it's to ensure each client is being charged for only what they need. A headshot session can be more or less difficult or time consuming based upon the clients needs. And wedding pricing can go from $99 at the clerk of court to $10,000 in France!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication and samples. Email makes it very easy to throw ideas back and forth. I'll send images that address lighting issues, backgrounds, clothing and locations. Clients will send what they like. It gives me an insight into how they see their event should look.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive technology background which didn't provide an outlet for the artist in me. I began graphic design and digital art. Now I also include photography to my resume.
