Highly recommended! Andrew and his team were outstanding! He responded within minutes of my initial contact, came out the same day, and then replaced the broken pumps the very next day. Professional, friendly, good communication and quality work. River Bed is our new pond people!

Did a great job cleaning the pond and finding the leaks. Labor charge however I think was a bit pricey...but great service. I'd definitely hire them again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received from River Bed Builders. Andrew was recommended from a girl at a local pet shop. I got several quotes but personally liked Andrew the best, and his quote was the best. Not only the price, but what he wanted to do. I felt like I got more with him than with other companies. I could tell that he looked at building ponds as an form of art. He presented me with a hard-bound book of other jobs he'd done before, and he was a small, locally owned business. I liked that a lot. He spent quite a bit of time talking to me about the process and wrote me a quote right there on the spot. And he stuck to that quote, even though they ran into an issue that caused them a whole lot more man hours than he expected.
His team was punctual and incredibly hard working. After he completed the pond, he's remained a source of help, coming over and cleaning out my pump, doing yearly cleanings, helping me with algae issues and when I thought I had a sick fish. His prices are good, and he cares. Like, he really cares and he stands behind his work. When the lights that he put in had a recall for a defect, he came over and replaced them for free.
We were so pleased that we had him build a second pond that flowed into the first one. Now we have a pond for the goldfish and a pond for the Koi. And it's beautiful, our own little zen garden, with a couple of stepping stones over to a firepit with built in benches. I showed him a picture of a firepit I saw on Pintrest and he was able to replicate it. It actually looks better than what I'd seen!
Like I said, couldn't recommend him and his team enough.
