We called Jim at Culligan when we moved into a new home and realized the water that was coming into our house was staining all of our fixtures and had a terrible smell and taste. He was extremely knowledgeable on our situation and told us everything we needed to know on how to fix the problem. He was honest and didn't try to sell us any products that we didn't need. We felt right away that we could trust him and his recommendations. Our water softener and filtration system is now installed and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our business was looking for a new solution for our drinking water, and from my initial inquiry through the install, Jim Burrill was extremely pleasant to work with and made the entire process easy.
He offered us a free no-obligation visit to see what our options were, and when we figured out what worked out best for us, we scheduled an install date right away. The process was easy and convenient and he also came by for a check up after we had our new water system in for about 2 weeks to make sure everything was working well.
