- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love working on computers and I currently only charge $25 for most services. A list of full service can be found on my website listed on my profile
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I'll introduce myself and provide a glimpse of my work history and my general expertise. Then, I will ask a few questions about the issue and I would being the troubleshoot the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken CompTIA A+ classes. I have a certificate in Computer Maintenance and Repair from a Vocational School. I'm also certified with Dell as a Desktop Technician. I currently have an Associates in Information Technology from University of Phoenix and working to continue my education at University of Maryland University College.
