Did not have the proper equipment or crew for the job so therefore it took 2 weeks to install one patio door. Limited delayed communication from Dwayne. Very slow to respond. One worker working till 10pm several nights finally got it in. 1000$ slider on sale for 895$ installed looks like a used piece of junk. Problem? I ordered the size Dwayne measured and requested. Door was several inches too large. Cut bricks without taping off opening. I have red brick dust inside my cabinets. All through the house. What a mess!!! Dwayne's solution: I ordered the wrong size. Was also coming to build me a deck. I cancelled. He did give me a refund on money due. Heard that I was too picky! I would never recommend this company.
