Depends on type of class needed and certifications that they may need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I inquire about their needs in regards to first aid and CPR. Also I need to know what their setting is, for example, daycare, pharmacy, manufacturing facility. I would then share what type of class instruction I could provide and if possible give them a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NYS certified EMT, an American Heart and American Red Cross First Aid/CPR instructor.
