Rich was very professional when we met. I have used Blass Contracting for many projects. He offered his professional opinion when asked and all projects went well. His skills with many different aspects ie. plumbing, electrical, building; were exceptional. The end results every time were above and beyond what I expected. He offered a very fair price and did not take advantage where so many other contractors do. Trustworthy with old fashioned values.
