- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do. I usually have set prices for larger projects or flat fee's which start at $4,500 and up. I also try and accommodate for small businesses, doing so by offering a basic website for $750 along with a monthly contract fee of $350 which includes unlimited production design (including brochures, business cards, flyers and Web changes etc) Logo's and research based projects not include.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process involves getting to know the client and the brand. Once I get involved with the client and understand their needs, I then start work on their project. When in the process of designing/development, I work closely with the client to insure the project is up to their standards as well as fits the criteria of the best design standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education consists of a Bachelors of Science in Design from Arizona State University. As well, I am certified in Market Strategy through Cornell University. I am also certified in Magento Front-End Development.
