FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to offer flat fee services for most clients. I find that people dislike paying a retainer to an attorney, and dealing with monthly bills. Thus, I have built my office around the idea that you can know the cost upfront, make payments if needed, and have confidence that I am not going to change the price on you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do very little advertising. Most of my clients are referrals from happy past clients. Generally I begin with a simple phone call so that we can learn a little about each other, and find out what kind of service is needed. A majority of my clients communicate exclusively via phone and email. For those more comfortable with a personal visit, we can meet at my office in Gilbert. I offer free consultations for many legal matters - wills, trusts, probate, bankruptcy, personal injury, and DUI cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my BS in Finance from Arizona State University. I earned my JD from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
