- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the nature of the event. (I.e. Whether it's a keynote, half day, or full day workshop, travel, etc.) *Special discounted pricing for all online broadcast events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually schedule a virtual face to face meeting (zoom) where I have the opportunity to learn more about my customers. This gives both parties an opportunity to get a feel for each other. It also allows me to ask questions, listen to the customers goals, and implement a strategy for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a successful entrepreneur for twenty years. My business's have spanned the globe from the Pacific Rim, North America, and Latin America. This has given me a unique perspective in the areas of leadership development, marketing, branding, social media marketing, mindset and personal philosophy.
