- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1, We conduct up to a one-hour complimentary assessment to find the client's need and if our program is the right solution for the need. Step 2, Send a written proposal Step 3, Discussion and/or Q&A regarding the proposal Step 4, Both parties sign proposal
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management with 20 years of experience. I am also an adjunct instructor for Aurora University.
