- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
5% Veteran Discount 5 % Senior Citizens Discount I use the latest technology plus square footage measurements to give the customer the fairest price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is set up an initial meeting with the client to discuss what their goals are. If everything goes smoothly and they want me to do the work. I'll do an accurate assessment of the project by doing a walk around of the building taking notes of special spots needing more attention. I'll ask them general questions about colors, time frames, expectations Ext. I try to give a final estimate that day or the following day so I'm not wasting their time or mine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was Honorably discharged as a staff sergeant from the United States Air Force. Which gave me extensive knowledge of the different kinds of paint applications and other chemical materials used in the painting career. Plus how to properly dispose of the hazardous material. I also finished my bachelors degree in Business Management while at the same time helping my dad with his painting company. After finishing school I continued to paint and utilize my business skills to help save the customer money through software that gives a much more accurate bid. Also I have been helping my father paint at his business for many years.
