What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard hourly of $95.00/hour. We often provide reduced rates for non-profits, startup companies and small businesses who are looking to expand their digital efforts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client on-boarding is a vital phase in every project. Generally, our relationship start with a meeting or two to get to know one another and the rough scope of work at hand. We then meet or have a call to dig deeper into the requested scope of work and review their brand culture/voice so we can get a good feel for their preferences for the look and functionality of the website.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with clients in almost every industry you can imagine. We've catered to businesses that fall into the fortune 500 and those who are just a two person shop.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would suggest being technically aware of the solution you are looking for. Client education is one of the most important factors in creating a successful project. That takes effort on both the designers and the clients end but it's worth it and the end-product reflects it. We take educating you seriously so that your web project is sustainable for the long haul.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How many pages should be included in my website?
Do I have my content prepared ahead or will I need help with that?
What is my desired completion date for this project?
What is my project budget?
