- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We consider our pricing to be competitive and our service to be premium. If you’re in pursuit of quality video production and/or event storytelling, we guarantee that you’ll get more than what you pay for. Outside of the usual production and event charges, travel fees and taxes are applied as necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we welcome you to chat with us over a Discovery call, so we can identify what your goals are, and begin to visualize how our team can create solutions for you. Next, we’ll put together a proposal with an explanation of our process and pricing of the project. Following this, we both sign the work agreement and payment is required to officially schedule your shoot - hooray! We work our magic on the scheduled date(s), we post-produce or retouch the content, and finally we deliver the polished product in the agreed time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a diverse background, rooted in all forms of media. Our combined education and training stretches across fifteen years of real-world experience and twenty combined years of higher education. We’ve been extensively trained in areas such as director of photography, film directing, video production, audio engineering, scriptwriting, post-production, marketing, project coordinating and data analytics.
