I couldn't ask for a better experience working Kofi. We texted and talked a few days prior to the scheduled date and he patiently and thoroughly explained all the options available to me. He was very transparent with the pricing and even installed two hanging mounts I had for an additional, very reasonable, charge. When he came to my home he had these shoe covers he used when he was inside the house to prevent tracking in any dirt and even had a small vacuum to clean up any mess made from cutting into the walls.
You can't ask for better customer service, better work, or a nicer guy. The TV's are mounted beautifully. Happy to refer again!

I rarely provide reviews and evaluations of hired services but in this case, I feel absolutely compelled to write this one on Kofi Kpabitey, owner of Kairos Home Theater. I most strongly recommend him. If you are considering the installation of a wall mounted TV or home theater, I can save you a lot of time in your research of finding a qualified and experienced installer at a very competitive price. I read a few of his reviews which were very good, took the risk and I am glad I did. I recently hired Kofi to install a home theater which includes: wall mount of a 55-inch Panasonic plasma TC-P55VT30 HDTV, installation of a 7.1 Definitive Technology speaker system including six DT6.5R ceiling speakers, Mythos Seven Center channel and Super Cube 2000 sub-woofer and a Yamaha Aventage RX-A770BL A/V receiver. He installed and set-up my new system and programmed a new high-end Harmony Elite remote. I found Kofi to be meticulous in nature and a very knowledgeable audio-visual consultant which stems from his former days as a Circuit City installer.
Kofi has x-ray vision and can see behind walls and ceilings. He owns all the correct tools and fish rods. He has the sensors necessary to see hidden studs, pipes, ventilation ducts and electrical wires, so if necessary, he knows beforehand where to cut into the wall or ceiling – allowing all wires to be hidden from view.
When faced with installation challenges of hidden obstacles he perseveres and doesn’t take short cuts or gives up. When cutting through sheetrock, he saves the removed material and replaces it after the installation. He will spackle over the repair, sand and paint if you provide the matching color paint. This is what sets Kofi apart from his competitors. You will end up with a clean installation with all holes patched up and looking unblemished and in the original condition. No need to have an additional contractor repair your walls/ceiling.
Kofi is a perfectionist, who is very enthusiastic and generous with his time. I highly recommend Kofi to plan and do your job. I wanted a wire-free clean installation and I got it from Kofi. I could not be more pleased with the installation and sound quality my new home theater system which he helped design. Look no further and save yourself some time and drop him a line. You will be very pleased. Kofi is the right choice.

The tech that came was punctual. He introduced himself and put covers over his shoes to not mess up my floor. He told me everything he was going to do. He offered suggestions, which was very useful. He cleaned up after himself and used trash bags to catch all the dust. He even came with a small hand vaccaum. I would highly recommend this company. He was very, professional and the quality of his work is outstanding.

Kofi was hands down the best person to mount my Wall Panel and my TV. I had Kofi mount my 70 Inch wall panel and my 60 inch TV. He was very professional, arrived on time, and dedicated to his craft. He consulted me and was patient with me while I decided exactly what height I wanted the tv. Work was seamless. He was very courteous and actually left my living area cleaner than it was when he arrived vacuuming behind his work.
Not only was all the work he did was to perfection his price was the best one around the DC Metro Area. I emailed 10 places and got quotes that were ridiculous. I was so happy with his price point and work, that my girlfriend and I tipped him 46%.
Trust my review when I say Kofi is the man!
