- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I like to create menus based upon what the needs that the client has.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I have sent you a quote I will include in a quote sample menus and what would be included in the quote; i.e. Staffing, rentals etc. then if you would like to continue to talk I'll work to designs menu for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from culinary art school in the 1989, I have over 30 years experience in the food business. I've worked on private yachts, NYC restaurants, catering sales, cooking classes , personal chef and catering.
