- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We wants as many details before meeting so we have a background on the owner and dog. We then will meet up with the owner and dog at their house or park. On our first visit we do an observation of the dog and owner. We review their issues and concerns. We set up a plan that is specific for them and make sure we are addressing their issues at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications from STARMark Academy in Texas in; BEHAVIORAL SPECIALIST and CANINE TRAINING.
